One-Inch Punch

One-Inch Punch is a punch in Kung Fu where the only fist's range to the target point is only one inch in distance. This punches is commonly seen in many Martial Arts films including Jet Li's "Fearless". I learned this exercise by breaking a plywood but I didn't do breaking first, I tried to condition my fist and my fingers first by hitting it on a hard object, please remember not to try this without an adult's supervision, this conditioning exercise can cause fractures and may take more than 24 hours. While conditioning, I felt about 3 times of fractures but it didn't took overtime and just for a few hours. After conditioning for 4 days, I tried my one-inch punch on a 1 piece of plywood, I shattered it to pieces then tried another two-layer of plywood, the two-layer didn't shattered but the another piece shattered while the next one didn't shattered and too close to break to half. In the second week, I tried to succeed in the 2-layer plywood break, I shattered both pieces. I still not trying the 3-layer plywood break but next time, I will do the 3-layer and 4-layer.
